Roads: roads connecting major cities are not double roads ex. HYD-> VIjayawada . Car takes Rs. 1000 oil to to move betewen these cities as of today nodouble roads (lots of breaking ) , you can cutdown fuel by 20% with double road so the save Rs. 200 can be paid as 3 toll fess that is fine and country save 3-5 crores per day on this OIL import savings.
- since all these major roads are in private public partneship PPP , govt. only acquire land gives to BOT Build To OPerate private company , with their money they do roads and collect Toll.
Rajiv INtl HYD airport ppp, HYD metro rail out of 14,000 crores govt gives only 1,000 (bidder LT recoup from Realestate on these railway corridar .. 30 year BOT )
2) why are there thousands are trucks between VIJayawada and HYD , they carry mangos , etc.. Rail cars today can not travel to the Fields
- solution: you can have specail trucks with containers fillled at fields , then these containers are transfered to Rail cars and Rail car carries it to VIJ to HYD, then at HYD containers transfered to Trucks then to shops by trucsk.
- you can reduce all these thousands of trucsk everyday on the road and increase Road life
Unique ID cards: are needed for everybody ( project goes slow Nelakaneni ) , Here is how you identify poorest of poor for govt. subsidites etc.
a) people who have 50 cc or above motor cycles are not eligible
b) a person having more than one vehicle is taxed more
c) people who are having these white Cards are not eligible to BUY/SELL fields, forms, land, etc.. worth more than 1 lack rupees ( siste gave this idea , else people who have 10 acres are having white cards to get Engg. collage fee from govt.)
Apatment building: It seems 15% goes as labour , we can have colonies for Workers of Buildes, capenters , tailors , vegetable growers .
- They spent their free time to build their home apartments, can live far away clean , spacious houes , can have parks for thier kids.. Govt . can run trains , buses from these places.
schools: can be on outskirts townships with Mon-Friday hostel, kids can get all the PE , and time to relax , parents can relax , can take of 000 of busses
Vegitables: there should be co-operative on similar lines to Milk daily Amul , with all growers directly delivering pre-packed veg.s to houses/apts ... you call by phone/web and change your selection .
- this will give price gurantee to farmers and low prices for consumer , no middle man and waste
- saves lots of time and transport , oil , dust for consumer
