   - amazon kindle Ads is pre cursor to  amazon tablet for $299  ( Ad supported ) ,  google with Motorolla purchase will follow amazon path with their own Moto $299 ad supported tablet .
  I think this 299 tablet is where mass tablet adoption takes places.
  apple may need to same with $399  ipad , so does microsoft  with WIN 8 tablet
 -  basically  IOS , Android ,  Windows 8     on  Tablets and  Phones
 ( nokia follow Win 8 ,   RIM will be bought or slow die  ..., HP WebOS gone ...)

Ad supported Table Model:
  - $299 price tag:
  - say tablet cost $500 , so they are subsidizing $200 and assume life of tablet 2.75 years that is close to 900 days , 900 days for $200 that works out  200/900 ->  20 cents/day
   - add admin cost of 5 cents , that works  out to 25 cents /day
  -  assume average user used 1.5 hours/day tablet and you can show Ads for 4 Minutes .. and Ad duration 30 seconds so 8 Ads ,  8 Ads in  90 minutes that is  1 Ad  for each 10 minutes of Watch ...

  - dual mode ,  touch based WIN 8  and  old WIN 7 UI

c/ Top 10   initiative for Indian schools/collages   ( goes to our vision blog)
  - motivate to be in top 10 ( %)clubs such as
      chess,  ping pong,  drawing , painting,  piano , flute , carms ,  spoken English ,  tech ( web html/css, java , c , PHP ) , software development .
