Bharatstudent.com, a social utility and network portal, will hire around 2,000 students as interns to report campus happenings and guide aspiring students trying for admissions in their schools and colleges, during this fiscal.
While we will pay Rs 4,000 per month for the Indian interns, their counterparts abroad would earn anywhere between $300 and $500 per month," he said.Northgate would invest around 300 million pounds (approximately Rs 25 crore) in the portal over the next two years.
The two-month-old portal, which the company claims to be the 45th most-popular site in India, has so far garnered 7.2 lakh registered users, and witnessed 30 million page views and 4 million video views per month
