Students can implement this as a collage project to prepare presentations and convert to flash using free openoffice.org and have it hosted on their local network. Any student/faculty can access these. This way students can learn how to create presentations and present to a group of audience.

Yes, OpenOffice uis free, but it create presentations with bad quality: without animations, not in vector format etc.
